Some added details from yesterday, Monday
Sept.1st:
We were going to the market by train but decided to wander our way through the neighborhood to a famous music hall called "
Palace of
Catalan
Music" for our 10am appt.
It was truely amazing, with mosaics and stained glass everywhere. They rushed us through an hour tour but we got a lot of pictures of the building that was covered in more mosaics than you could ever imagine!
After that we headed via bus to the famous
Gaudi gothic/ mosaic church,
La
Sagrada
Familia and then we had to do a couple tasks
:

) ipod music player had a weird problem. It looked like it was coming out of its shell. Taxi to apple store, wait for
"genius
" staff, who tell us we need an appointment to get it replaced; week after next friday, the 12th, when back in Barcelona
2 - go find locker place so that we can buy some luggage to store items in barcelona while going to formentera
(extra bag will be cheaper to tske back than shipping.
). Found locker
3- find massage place for KR, check, find luggage and bring back to locker, check
4- shopping, find de segual store and find awesome clothes we normally cant get in us
5- go to las ramblas but too tired so head back to get final crepe before going back to hotel
10:45 BED
Up at 6:00 am to catch a taxi to the barcelona airport that went without a problem
